This standard applies to the dimensions considered essential to provide for the fit of blanket sleepers made from non-stretch fabrics and of knitted one-piece sleepers made from stretch fabrics for wear by infants wearing diapers. Sleepers that stretch in both horizontal and length directions of the garment are not excluded provided they meet the horizontal stretch requirements.
